Instructions for Using RecoverIce Remove RecoverIce bandage from packaging and lightly squeeze out excess fluid- Wrap RecoverIce around the injured area, overlapping the edges (Overlap blue lines)
- Tuck Recover Ice bandage in at the top to secure
- Leave uncovered to allow evaporation
- For optimal results, leave RecoverIce on injury for at least an hour
