The Thermal-Aid Therapy packs are made of Natural cotton, with a heating/cooling element composed of a specially processed corn product.
For heat therapy, place the "Thermal-Aid" treatment pack in the microwave for approximately 2 to 4 minutes or if a cool pack is needed, place in freezer for 6 or more hours.
